Terms & Conditions – zc999 Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and zc999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing zc999.co, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the zc999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on zc999.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction within Pakistan.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) zc999 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using false details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. zc999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• zc999 reserves the right to decline registration, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons where doing so is consistent with applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zc999 login credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

• zc999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify zc999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have previously notified zc999 of suspected unauthorised access and have taken reasonable steps to secure your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the zc999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers and USDT may differ and are published in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before the first withdrawal is released.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. zc999 does not guarantee processing times during high-volume periods.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. zc999 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to new payment methods.
• Currency: zc999 does not accept deposits in currencies other than PKR and supported cryptocurrencies (USDT TRC20). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of receipt.
• Declined Transactions: zc999 accepts no liability for deposits that fail due to issues with your payment provider, wallet, or banking institution.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, zc999 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's dedicated terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer. The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts in PKR and are subject to game-type contribution weightings. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• zc999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using patterns consistent with exploitation of promotional offers, or collusion with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, associated winnings, and suspension of the account.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion arrangement are not eligible to participate in or receive promotional offers during the exclusion period.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the zc999 platform — whether in the sports betting section (including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other markets) or the casino section — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. zc999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific sport or event rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, zc999 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to players.
• Manifest errors — including incorrect odds, pricing errors, or settlement errors — may be corrected by zc999 at any time, including after bets have been placed or settled. zc999 is not liable to honour bets placed under manifestly incorrect conditions.
• Use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or external tools to place bets is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any form of organised fraud targeting zc999 is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

zc999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps set by the player in account settings.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once reached, further bets cannot be placed until the period resets.
• Session Limits: Time-based reminders and automatic logouts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion of a minimum 30-day period via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

zc999 will not knowingly allow any person who has self-excluded to open a new account or to access the platform during an active exclusion period. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use these tools immediately.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zc999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening accounts using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial crime;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the platform's software or games;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to exploit promotions or gain unfair advantage;
• Facilitating access for any individual under 18 years of age;
• Providing your account credentials to another person, or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Any conduct that zc999 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on zc999.co — including but not limited to the zc999 brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of zc999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any zc999 content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, unauthorised account access, or any decision made in reliance on platform content.

zc999's total cumulative liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the user's current verified PKR account balance at the time the claim arises.

11. Privacy

Your use of the zc999 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Amendments to These Terms

zc999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of zc999 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures notified to you at the time of the dispute. zc999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.
